The Forest Park Alumni Scholarship Fund has opened applications for their minority based scholarship. Applicants must live in Joliet, IL or attend a public high school in Joliet, IL.
The complete scholarship application packet should include the following:
- Completed application
- Verification of parent or guardian’s income
- High school transcripts
- ACT or SAT scores
- Academic reference (written)
- Personal reference (written)
- (1) Page handwritten essay
- Return before March 31 (or postmarked by March 31)
