1. Front House Workers (2 Positions)
- Part-time: Friday – Saturday nights only
- Hours: 8:00 pm – 2:00 am
- Customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
2. Back of the House Workers (2 Positions)
- Part-time: Friday – Saturday nights only
- Hours: 8:00 pm – 2:00 am
- Training provided in prep, fulfillment, and cooking/smoking of proteins and dishes
- Must hold a Certified Food Handler or Certified Food Manager certification
- Willing to train the right candidates with no prior experience
3. Overnight Prepper/Restaurant Maintenance Person
- Part-time: Wednesday – Sunday
- Hours: 3:00 am – 8:00 am
- Responsibilities include prep work, restaurant maintenance, and procurement of supplies
- Certified Food Handlers or Managers preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
4. Phone Order Taking for Pickup and Delivery
- Part-time opportunity with a focus on customer service
- Exceptional customer focus and communication skills
- Experience in phone order taking preferred
Requirements for All Positions:
- Certified Food Handlers or Certified Food Managers required (except for phone order taking)
- Preferred restaurant experience, but we are willing to pay and train the right candidate(s)
- Passion for BBQ and dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience
