Hiring 101 - For Small Businesses

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Hiring 101 Workshop! We were excited to bring together entrepreneurs for an evening focused on building stronger teams and improving hiring strategies.

During the workshop, attendees learned practical tips on where to find reliable candidates, how to write clear job postings, what to look for on resumes, and how to conduct effective interviews using open-ended questions. The presentation also covered common hiring mistakes, the importance of clear expectations, onboarding best practices, and why reliability and attitude matter just as much as experience.
