Carlos Escobar, the creator behind “EscoCocktails”, has been bringing his idea to life for two years, always with the mentality of “If we don’t have it, we create it.”
With the Community Navigator program at LEDA, powered by IHCC and DCEO, Carlos has been learning about the licenses necessary to register his liquor brand at the federal, state and local levels.
Their goal is to open a place where they can make and sell their drinks on site and also for people to enjoy them at home.
